Shipping
Every piece is printed after you order it. Allow 2 to 5 business days for printing, then transit — inside Canada, usually another 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number the moment the box leaves.
Returns
A piece printed for you can't go back on a shelf, because there isn't one. So here's how we work. Print defect, wrong piece or damaged cloth: send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint on us, with nothing to ship back. A size that doesn't fit: write to us anyway. We look at every case.
Sizes
The measurement table is on each piece's page, under “The details”. Measurements are taken flat, on the garment, not on you: take a shirt you like, measure it the same way, and compare. Between two sizes take the larger, since cotton tightens up a little and never grows.
Care
Cold water, inside out, tumble dry low. Never put an iron straight on the print: put a cloth between them. Treated that way, a print outlives hundreds of washes.
Payment
The checkout is Shopify's: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards. Rikaido never sees your card number, and this page keeps none of it.
